Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Digital Nature of the Product
The products and services offered on Lumivi Studio consist of digital educational content. Access is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment.
Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate delivery of intellectual property, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
2. No Automatic Right to Refund
There is no automatic right to a refund once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
You request immediate delivery and performance of the digital service;
You waive your right to any "cooling-off" period or right of withdrawal provided by consumer protection laws, where applicable, once the digital delivery has begun.
3. Discretionary Exceptions
While our policy is "No Refunds," JEF-LUMIVI LLC reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to grant a refund in exceptional cases. Such cases must be submitted in good faith and will be evaluated on an individual basis.
The granting of a refund in one instance does not create an obligation to provide a refund in any other instance.
4. Dispute and Chargeback Policy
We take payment disputes very seriously. Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment processor (such as Stripe or PayPal), we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
In the event of an unjustified or fraudulent chargeback, the Seller reserves the right to provide the payment processor with all available evidence to defend the transaction, including:
Your explicit acceptance of these Terms and the Refund Policy;
Digital logs proving access to the content;
Your waiver of the right of withdrawal;
Any communication records between you and the Seller.
